Shipping & Orders

All sales are final on live plants. While I will take every precaution to ensure your plants arrive healthy and happy, a minimal level of plant distress may occur during shipping. Please allow up to 3 weeks for all live plant orders to be processed and shipped. Tracking information will be provided. Please reach out if you are unhappy with your purchase or have any issues. For added protection during the winter months, heat packs are available for purchase.

Please allow up to 6 weeks for all items in your order to be processed and shipped. Orders containing artwork such as stickers, pins, magnets, etc., are meticulously packaged by hand to ensure quality. For other physical products, I've partnered with a trusted third party to provide you with essential houseplant supplies. These items are shipped from a separate warehouse and will arrive separately from your main order.
